Provisional bookings on short courses

1. Making a provisional booking doesn't commit you to anything – it simply reserves your place.
2. Approximately five weeks before the course start date, we will ask you to confirm your booking, and send you an invoice.
3. Payment is normally due seven days before the course start date.
4. Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel or reschedule courses – we will give you as much notice as possible if this happens.
