Overview

Proofreading Today is a distance learning course that's designed to give you the skills you need to work as a proofreader. It’s based on today’s working practices and takes full account of how electronic workflow is changing the way in which proofreaders, editors and publishers work.

It contains five modules, and there is an assessment at the end of each module. Students are awarded a graded certificate at the end of the course.

The course costs £295 (printed version) or £235 (online version). You can pay for each module individually or for the entire course in one go (see our enrolment page). You can also download the free introduction before enrolling.
